Leaderboard

• The leaderboard ad is a horizontal ad placed at the top of every page above the navigation bar.
• The size for the leaderboard must be 728x90 and under 45k.
• The format can be GIF, JPG, or FLASH.
• The cost for a leaderboard is $250 per month.
• Only one leaderboard ad will be available across all seven Sherley Services websites.

Skyscraper

• The skyscraper ad is a verticle ad placed to the left or right of every page.
• The size for the skyscraper must be 120x600 and under 40k.
• The format can be GIF, JPG, or FLASH.
• The cost for a skyscraper is $200 per month.
• One or two skyscraper ads (left and right) will be available across all ATN's member sites.

Footerboard

• The footerboard ad is a horizontal ad placed at the bottom of every page below the footer bar.
• The size for the footerboard must be 728x90 and under 45k.
• The format can be GIF, JPG, or FLASH.
• The cost for a footerboard is $150 per month.
• Up to three footerboard ads will be available across all seven Sherley Services websites.

Sherley Services Advertisment Policy

1. Sherley Services retains the right to decline any submitted advertisement and/or to discontinue posting of any advertisement previously accepted.
2. Digital advertisements must be readily distinguishable from the content of Sherley Services member sites. The word "advertisement" must be placed adjacent to the advertising image.
3. Digital advertisements may appear as fixed banners or as animated advertisements.
4. Digital banner advertisements should be limited to no more than 5 advertisements per web page.
   1. Leaderboard (1) - Horizontal banner advertisement at top of page.
   2. Footerboard (1-3) - Horizontal banner advertisement at bottom of page.
   3. Skyscraper (1) - Verticle banner advertisement on the right side of page.
5. Advertisements may link to off-site commercial web sites, provided that the viewer is clearly informed by the word "advertisement" adjacent to the image or link.
6. Sherley Services will not link to any web site that frames any of the content for a Sherley Services member site without the express permission of Sherley Services; prevent the viewer from returning to the Sherley Services member site or other previously viewed screens, such as by disabling the viewer's back button; or redirect the viewer to a web site that the viewer did not intend to visit.
7. Sherley Services reserves the right to not link to and/or to remove links to other web sites.
8. Ads will not be displayed when the visitor visits one of Sherley Services member sites from a Linux device running a Webkit browser. (IE: LG Ally Android Smartphone)
9. The inclusion of advertisements on a Sherley Services member site does not imply endorsement of the advertised products or services by Sherley Services.
10. ATN shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the presence of such advertisements on any ATN member site.
11. Sherley Services shall not be responsible or liable for the statements or conduct of any third party advertisers appearing on any Sherley Services member site.
